Prevision for the next metagame

Guys Remenber with words: Shen is Broken and will be a must ban/pick in soloQ as in Lcs. Hardly I'm wrong. Damages are good and the utility is enormous and Ult CD is not so high. Let's see if I have reason, I am very curious. XD
