@meddler (Lissandra)

Hey meddler is there any discussions on buffing lissandra?? or doing anything to her? a bit maby... not that shes super weak or anything its just her Damage was gutted to make her a (utility) mage but i dont really see much utility.. Q Slows * a little bit* on the first target hit Only way u can Shatter ur Q is if it hits a Minion or a champion and its a shortrange thing easily avoidable... W Roots well.... yeah its ok but i think it could use a little duration... increase just E ok... and hte ulti yeah it offers a heal but thats only if u cast it on urself i think it could use idk a slow increase and maby a little damage Reduciton because if lissandra does get ahead she kinda does hurt but eh....

idk shes just Fairly weak in some situations Except for Vsing assassins idk... im just rambling on
