Best Rengar Hotfix

Most people dislike that Rengar has so much damage and can outplay many champs so easily. With the recent changes, he's more in line of where you want him to be. To further spice things up, when he's CC'd, if he uses his empowered W, why not make it so he doesn't get any health back?
