I think Dark Harvest needs a rebalance for this meta at the very least.

It's crap. It feels like you're basically putting yourself at a disadvantage unless you are in an easy lane. The only way it's worth it is if you get fed off your ass and then it's busted. I feel like 40-220 with a 0.3 AP Ratio is a LOT more than 30-80 with a 0.2 AP Ratio. It feels like you have no keystone at all unless you get super fed. I want to use it, but the only time I can see myself using it is if I pick Yorick because he's a lane bully and his Q already hurts + he builds trinity Force, OR if I have a REALLY easy lane to where I don't even need a keystone for the first half of the game. I understand it resets unlike Electrocute, but the fact is it's hard to get the ball rolling unless you're just already fed, especially when jungling(since jungle camps only give 2 souls per kill), makes it a pretty worthless unless the game lasts 40 minutes long and you got enough to actually make use of it.
