Ohm-wrecker

For those of you who may not know, an "ohm" is a unit of electrical resistance.

So, I was thinking Ohmwrecker can have an active that shreds or steals resistances of target enemy champion for 3-4 seconds, like a Trundle ult but not as strong. Maybe like 15-25% instead of Trundle's 40%. Perhaps make it work only vs "bonus" resistances to make it less effective vs squishies.
