The rank system Plat vs masters?

Im watching tons of Masters division people's streams, and Im seeing stupid plays again and again.I just watched some idiiot fuck up as jax to graggas by making the same gap closer stun mistake combination over and over again.

I thought as you get higher up the tiers you make alot less mistakes.
