Changes To Honor Flair

It doesn't really feel good to finally get up to honor level 5 and then it's hidden away. It'd be nice to change the flair a bit so it's more front and center, so it feels a lot more rewarding to get. Like on the profiles, it could be so if you have honor level 3+ it actually will show to other players instead of having an ugly blank spot when you look at someone else's profile.

In the loading screen, maybe we could bring back something like honor ribbons and put a cute little flair over the corner so it can be shown without having to turn the cards.
