Conditional FF before 20

This is so simple I can explain it in a single sentence. If, before 20, the enemy team has or exceeds a 20 kill advantage (20-0, 25-4, etc) or a player goes afk for more than 3 minutes (After remake vote is out) give a mandatory pre-20 FF vote chance to the losing team.

Everyone's been in that game where your whole team just sucks and they've all given up by 9 minutes but you're still stuck playing. This would give teams who are (Ridiculously) behind due to gold or player differences the chance to get out early. Remake was a step in the right direction but the least you could do is give teams who are just waiting for 20 anyway a conditional chance to ff early.

The entire team still loses LP so there are no loopholes to exploit this. It's just for teams who are already done playing and would most likely be sitting in base waiting for 20 anyway. Keep in mind it's an FF vote so the majority of team still needs to be in favour of this.
