And why buff a bunch of tanks/bruisers and HP in general (overgrowth) while also buffing cut down? What is the fucking purpose of buffing something that's weak and then buffing its counter simaltaneously. Maybe no one was taking cut down in the first place because tanks and heavy bruisers FUCKING SUCKED and top lane meta for the past several patches has been shit like Jayce, Kennen, Kayle, Riven, Jax, Renekton.
