How to fix the new Champion Select!

Hi guys, I'll keep this short!

For Summoners Rift we should have 3 Queues:

• Teambuilder/Blind Pick
• Draft Normals
• Ranked

NCS=New Champion Select

Teambuilder with my idea will look like this: Implement the new Champion Hover from NCS to be able to pick ONE role and one Champion to potentially play. Once you have queued up with your team you have a set time to switch Champions around (Masteries, Runes, Spells) but not roles so you can build comps accordingly. It stays like old TB but with the ability to change champions if needed. NO PENALTY FOR NOT LOCKING IN. It automatically locks in your hover. This will remain the permanent blind pick option with the mix of team builder and NCS.

For draft and ranked the NCS I believe has no flaws. It was always a struggle to get the role you wanted and the way it works now is epic.
