The top players on the north american server are all ADC mains?

I was expecting to see some gragas or reksai's up there but it looks like the top 3 solo queue players this season have played ADC most of this season and 5 out of the top 10 players are ADC mains.

Think riot might be overcompensating in the upcoming patch. Do we really need to go beyond the individual ADC rework and buff all AD itemization while simultaneously nerfing non adc itemization?
