Seriously. If you actually play the game on the account you're posting on, feel free to complain about balance issues on that account. Otherwise, you might as well just be trolling/pointlessly spewing hate at riot for no reason. And if you've been banned on the account you're posting on, well, game balance is the least of your problems.
