Nervous about updates

Before I begin in the news section riot has said that the 4 assassins reworked first are , riot said that they want to have both teams higher chances to outplay without assassins being able to install burst 1 or 2 targets. The problem is they get that way by snowballing hard and that's really all there able to do, when you get rid of their burst you have to make assassins survive slightly longer,and what assassin who probably needs it the most does this sound like. Tank who probably needs a buff or rework more than anyone, yes I'm a fan of talon being useful and maybe some changes to Kat. This is just my way to add what think about assassins

PS I have 0 mechanics and a slow CPU so I don't play them that often so this might just so be b's
