How am I supposed to play Jhin and learn him when this keeps happening

i feel like gifing this wasn't necessary and you literally could have just said "how am i supposed to play jihn when he keeps getting banned"

Happening to me every game - wasted 7300 IP and 1350 RP on someone I have a 10% chance of playing. Either someone bans Jhin, or someone on EITHER team picks him before me. Riot should totally stop the fact if someone picks someone, shouldn't mean no one on the enemy team can have them.
