Shields / Items and Masteries

It's probably been asked but I couldn't find anything anywhere (maybe I didn't look too hard). Do masteries / certain items (windspeakers/redemption, ardent, forbidden idol...technically all the same item in this case because unique passive) have any effect on eachother? Such as windspeakers increasing locket shield or redemtion heal, or idol increasing locket shield etc(Sounds OP so I'm assuming no, but I thought I'd ask) k imma go watch paint dry while I wait for my lux skin thanks bye
