Military in Japan (REDS READ!!)

Hey I live in Japan, and I really enjoy League especially after a long day of work (PS Military schedules suck!) Wondering when the Japan servers were gonna come out because lately the Ping has been horrible and I cant even enjoy my favorite game as much. I just wanna play ranked again and make plat finally. Anyone have an idea of when the Japan servers will be out or what server would be good for me to join besides Korea or China?

I know the feeling bro. I'm in the same boat as you. I'm so ready for this new server. Only reason I tolerate it now instead of going on hiatus is because of friends
