Katarina is OP now because they pretty much nerfed the champions that counter her (MID-LANE)
Leblanc doesn't counter her mid-lane anymore because her silence is gone. Kassadin's Silence is also gone Talon's Silence is gone.
Only one thats really left is Lissandra and a few gimmicky mids like Cho'gath

Platinum I Kat main tends to disagree. She's far from OP, and she already has a gigantic 50 base health nerf incoming - as if she isn't squishy enough.
Every single one of the following champions is viable in mid-lane and has a way to shut down Kat with ease.
I want to charm her.
I want to silence her though.
I want to stun her more than you want to silence her.
Too bad, I can harass with Q and silence.
