Pess the attack and Kindred's E proc deal dmg on exposed target or is the target exposed after that?

Hey, when you cast E on somebody and then proceed to hit him 3 times with press the attack (not hitting him before the E cast), the press the attack stacks apply alongside with E stacks. The third stack of E deals bonus dmg and third stack of press deals bonus dmg too and makes the target "exposed". What I'm wondering about is wether there's a difference between landing one auto then casting E with one stack of press applied, proceeding to hit him twice, press deals bonus dmg and "exposes" him, then auto him for last E stack dealing bonus dmg while he's exposed thus dealing even more dmg..........oor when you start with E, hit him 3x the press deals dmg, exposes and after that the E procs with bonus dmg? .....I could check it on training tool, but I'm currently banned for a short while, so I can't
