Who is that at the bottom left of the boards screen?

The one that says "Every mistake is a lesson." He (assuming it's a 'he') seems like a pretty cool idea for a champ. Riot should get to work on that, league hasn't seen anything like this character concept in years. [slayer-jinx-wink]
