it's not just "this is how low elo is" ... the whole game turned in a snowballl feast.
Suggestion? Find a premade and try to get feeded before the enemy team
ADC in low elo is really hard. You can’t gank or roam or burst, your support is likely autofilled, and any of these things could decide the game before you reach your item spikes. Ironically, it gets easier once you climb a little because everything will become more consistent, and your team will play around how fed you are. There’s a reason that streamers who pub-stomp usually play a solo lane or jungle.
That said, it is possible to climb as an ADC, but like anything involving the bottom lane, it’s weird. You need to poke your opponents down and win all-ins, but you can’t push your advantage until your jungler helps, since your probably-autofilled Bronze Support will probably not ward for you. So, you have to ping your jungler (or midlaner if they can roam) to gank your lane so you can tower dive or take dragon.
The duo lane aspect is important. Don’t all-in the support who engages, but all-in the ADC. You power-spike at level 2 because your support gains experience, too, so push the first wave and use your four-ability advantage for a strong trade or an all-in. But, again, you’re fighting for lane priority in the early game and won’t see your stats become meaningful outside lane until later. Again, strange.
If you can reliably get ahead of the enemy ADC, then in teamfights, which you won’t be able to control or initiate outside certain picks, your team will win because you’ll pump out more damage, killing their frontline before the enemy ADC kills yours, giving your frontline access to their backline. This comes 15 to 20 minutes after all of laning phase.
I’m not surprised that a player could fall as a low-silver, high-Bronze ADC. It’s not a great role to climb in at that rank, but if you want to, then I’ve described what you can do.
Unlike what people here will tell you, ADC is absolutely horrible at solo carrying because of how dependent you are on your team to do anything
