** Hello there!** I recently thought about the removal of i think cleanse and clarity from SR at the PBE and also thought about, what now?
JK they were useless as fck, but i had some pretty cool Ideas for New Summoner Spells and Reworking Old Ones. Leave UR OWN IDEA down below in the comments!I Leave the Numbers for you, dont want to make something OpieOp. Btw for all People who didnt knew

item 3001** Dark Touch [New]:** Interrupt all Spellcasts on an Enemy. If succesful intterupted, silence the enemy for X amount of time. item 3067 ** Adrenalin Rush [New]:** Get urself marked for 2 Seconds. if you lose more than X % of your Maximum Health you gain X AD, X Armor, X Magic Resist and X Movementspeed summoner 1 ** Cleanse [Rework]:** Remove all disabling Effects from your Champion or remove all beneficial Effects from an enemy Champion. summoner 13 ** Clarity [Rework]:** Restore 50% of your maximum Mana over 2 Seconds. If maximum Mana is reached already, convert the rest Mana into a Shield, that decays over 1.26 Secondes after the 2 Seconds. (Maximum X - X Shield [Scales on level]) {{summoner:2}} ** Clairvoyance [Rework]:** Reveal a Large Area of the Map for X Seconds. Enemy Champions and Jungle Monster are revealed for extra X Seconds. {{summoner:17}} ** Garrison [SR-Rework]:** Allied Towers gain X % Attackspeed and slowly regenerate X flat Hp over X Seconds. On enemy Turrets: Reduces the attackspeed by X %. Inhibitor Towers lose X flat AD for X Seconds.

** Explanations:** ** Dark Touch:** An anti Mage Spell is needed for every Zed that wants to prepare against Malzahar. We have never gotten such a Spell for anti Mages, but have to be satisfied with exhaust. Maybe little bit too Op. ** Adrenalin Rush:** Very strong on Adcs, because if they get bursted down by Riots new Meta, they can just pop this and get tanky instantly and runa way with a little boost after surviving Veigar Ult with 2 Hp and then calling: "planned". ** Cleanse:** Its strong as it is, but this Version gives more Options, more useful ways. Not such egoistic Spell. Make League, not Legend. ** Clarity:** Everyone who picks this Spell is Mana Intense. First of all, more Mana for the Laning Phase and again, an Option, to use it as a strong Combat Spell if needed. Like ur parents helping you learn how to bicycle, but with support - Wheels you gotta get even better. ** Clairvoyance:** To controle Jungle Monster-Objectives. With the Void Scuttle incoming, this will be more useful to watch after Blue Red Drake etc, and maybe attempt a Steal, but no giving it too much Visioncontrole. Nice change, butS no that big of a change :C ** Garrison:** I mean, the Spell is in Dominion because there it has a prupose, still i see no one use it. Why not bring it here to enable Towerdives? I mean its a Summoner Spell that could outclass Flash in the earlygame. However, you can do the Numbers!
