Bard basket

As everyone knows bard has to go on meep runs to collect them but what if there was an exclusive item that would give a teamate a meep basket in which every 2 meeps collected would add up to one in the basket ,but the teamate would have to have a set amount of meeps and would have to be in range like zilean's passive.

But the bond would only last for 6 minutes and would not contain the meeps after it has ended ,and bard could only have three per game
