i cannot understand why weaken ryze in 6.3? see his win rate? see

I'm sad, it took me forever to actually get ryze figured out, then Riot chopped his legs off and now I have to find a new top lane mage to get good at, but I really don't find mages other than Ryze fun. The way you had to manage your passive and his scary lack of defense without W early in lane and the combo management was all really fun for me, all of that makes him the only mage I've ever liked. I am sad.

He's an alright champion who spams spells.
