Rework Stormrazor

Currently, the new Stormrazor doesn't fit the ADC's build, and if it is rushed it means your team might loose because it is an item that doesn't hold on it's own as a damage source. In the other hand, it heavily benefits Caitlyn KogMaw Tristana , which will, maybe in turn make them broken and you will have to nerf them because when combined with item 3095 item 3094 it gives them an insane amount of range, making them bursty as they insanely are and super safe, also consider that the crit meta already benefits them.

I think that item 3095 as an item, or as what it is right now is not needed, but there is space for another Hybrid item that could benefit the characters that where left kinda behind by the change and the more "magical" adc's that could benefit from a different item for them Corki Kaisa Ezreal Varus KogMaw

item 3095 = item 2015 (600) + item 3057 (1050) + item 3144 (1500) + 150 = 3300 25% Attack Speed 30 Attack Damage 250 MP 10% Life Steal 20% Cooldown Reduction

Unique ACTIVE: causes your next basic attack to deal 100 - 150 bonus damage and to be considered a critical strike (for the effects of energized attacks or others). Cooldown: 60 seconds.

Unique Passive - Spellblade: casting an ability grants spellblade, dealing 75 + 0.5 - 1.0 x the current energy stacks you have as bonus magic damage on-hit. Also generates 25 energy stacks when a spell activates spellblade again. Cooldown 1.5 seconds. Does not stack with other spellblade passives. (when fully charged it deals 125 to -175 damage).

Unique Passive - Stormrazor: your next energized attack deals 75 bonus damage, and reduces the magic resist of the target by 15 - 30 for 3 seconds before on-hit effects are applied.

max damage added 300 - 400 on-hit.

For your consideration: -The active does the same damage +50 in late game that a item 3144 would do, plus the slow is slightly better, and it combines it self perfectly with item 3087, giving it synergy.

-The spellblade passive would have a max damage of 175 bonus damage on-hit, and a minimum of 75.

-This energized stormrazor attack is, also, as the current item, a buff to the other energized items, as it deals the magic resist reduction before the energized damage is applied. Also It is good for the more magical ADC'S on the game.

I'ma gonna tweak some numbers.

I don't really see the problem with the new stormrazor being good on certain champs that like fleet footwork and other energized effects.

it's not a rush item anymore though

Your build path doesn't make sense, since you are actually building life steal with item 3144, but your version of stormrazor does not provide any form of sustain.

Personally, I prefer the current version of stormrazor. I don't think it will be so problematic on the champions you listed. Keep in mind: You need 4 crit items now to reach 100% crit. Additionally, you would need boots, a lifesteal item, and armor penetration. Picking up stormrazor is a trade off, you have to forgo something for it.

Don't forget that it also allows marksmen to slow targets from range. Tons of fun to play against as a melee, especially ones without dashes.

Why are you still building storm razor?!

Please for the love of balance adapt to the changes you are presented with. Theyre even POSITIVE for the marksmen class (even if theyre heavily negative for overall game health...).
item 3031 item 3087 item 3046 item 3508 item 3006 item 1053 is the cookie cutter now. Storm razor is ONLY for builds that want a more thunderstruck playstyle. Like Azir! All four energized effects with IE is fun on him!
