Rework Stormrazor
Currently, the new Stormrazor doesn't fit the ADC's build, and if it is rushed it means your team might loose because it is an item that doesn't hold on it's own as a damage source. In the other hand, it heavily benefits
, which will, maybe in turn make them broken and you will have to nerf them because when combined with
it gives them an insane amount of range, making them bursty as they insanely are and super safe, also consider that the crit meta already benefits them.
I think that
as an item, or as what it is right now is not needed, but there is space for another Hybrid item that could benefit the characters that where left kinda behind by the change and the more "magical" adc's that could benefit from a different item for them

Unique Passive - Stormrazor: your next energized attack deals 75 bonus damage, and reduces the magic resist of the target by 15 - 30 for 3 seconds before on-hit effects are applied.
