What still boggles my mind

Pantheon has a 5.0 BAD ratio which, in gold->damage terms, is roughly a 10.0 AP ratio condensed into the span of 0.75 seconds if you are bad and can only get off Q and E during that time, where almost 75% of the damage is concentrated in the spell that requires him to sit still for the duration

and yet people still think it's a good idea to stand in his E as if it's negligible damage.
