Omnistone

Ever since the loss of "purchase yourself runes" I no longer have the ability for every champion that I play to have 1% crit chance for no reason.

I feel as though riot should implement 1% crit chance to whoever takes omnistone in order to truly utilize the rng of this game to its fullest. A very minor change is made and rarely will it be a factor but at times... it will really make the game more fun, like in the good ole days of season 3.
