Petition to Change the Matchmaking (A Polite Rant)

I just played a ranked game with 3 people who were obviously autofilled into roles they had no clue what to do. My ADC mains jg, my jg mains mid, my mid mains jg. My top laner and me (the support) got what we wanted.

Furthermore, being in promos put me with this team that, after looking at their win streaks or loss streaks in the post game lobby, almost all of them haven't won a game in over 6-9 games.

How is this possibly fair? At least make it a fair chance to climb.
