Actually nerf this rat. Literally remove his w and passive. Make them something new and original, that isn't antifun garbage to play against. Nobody likes playing laning phase against a champion that cses for 15 minutes and sustains for every ounce of damage you do to him then point and click slows you for ninety fucking seconds. Nerf.
