So I've recently picked up 
, and I am used to playing champs that do a lot of damage and can carry like 
. But when I played Gragas... I used the most frequent build.... and I found that i kinda felt ineffective. Is Gragas meant to play like a tank? Maybe I'm just used to carry champs like Lee Sin. Ty
i run gargas support so it's a different build i run zhonus, rod of ages, tabi or mercury boots locket of solari and GA or thornmail
now as for sight stone its either eye of oasis eye of watchers you can go frost queens also but its based on situation what build are you running?
Gragas is generally played as a tank. His CC is great for disrupting/blocking/catching targets and his ultimate is a massive game-changer in teamfights due to how it can split up the enemy team or place certain targets.
While I'm aware that Runic Echos is the most popular item, I generally prefer building something along the following lines on him:
I just try to be an unkillable fat bastard to the enemy team and fuck with them. This build provides great durability while still maintaining decent damage.
I wouldn't bother with Stalker's Blade on Gragas since he already has enough CC and mobility. I'd recommend you go for Tracker's Knife (for vision) or Skirmisher's Sabre (for dueling/tanking potential) instead.
normally see him as an ap sustain tank. ROA SV Runic are the general core, and he plays like amumu so try looking at it like that.
