Swain's Ravenous Flock passive seems a little too long-ranged.
I like it in practice, it's a fun passive. But there's a lot of times I proc it off from far outside my own ability to even come close to engaging, just kind of being slow making it to the fight and an enemy gets caught - bam, I drag them closer while not even being near enough to E them.
To explain to anyone that isn't aware how Swain's passive works: Right clicking an enemy champion who is disabled (I.E., CC's like stuns, taunts, charms, snares, etc.) by any effect whatsoever allows Swain to yank them a relatively short ways toward him and deal damage. It's not a decisively long distance, but when you're trying to run away or if you've been caught, it can be that extra thing to ensure you die and can't flash away (it can even pull people over walls if they're close enough to them, much to a Shyvana's surprise).
I know it's kind of early to start pegging "OP" pins into him, but this seems a little low-interaction when coming from such a long range. I don't think anyone would complain too much if you shaved off a bit of passive range and transferred that strength to another part - or if he does need nerfs in the coming week or so, just cut this first.
