How often are you getting 10+ minute queues in ranked?

I usually pick Top/Bot or Top/Jungle, and when I queue up the wait is typically around 1-2 minutes. But at least once or twice a day I'm getting ridiculous 10+ minute queues where I am forced to just cancel and re-queue, usually as Top/support to get a game. And this is in Gold 3, which is probably one of the more active ranked populations. I'm solo too, so it should be faster since there's no pair matching shenanigans.

Is anyone else getting these occasional massive spikes in queue times? I'd understand if I was like some elite player in master tier...but it's just gold 3, ffs.
