Here's the three pages I look at running usually.
AD Quints, AD Marks, Scaling Armor Seals, and Scaling MR Glyphs
AD Quints, AD Marks, Scaling Armor Seals, Flat MR Glyphs
AD Quints, AD Marks, Flat Armor Seals, Scaling MR Glyphs
If I'm against a relatively high magic damage champion I run the flat MR with scaling armor, if I'm against high AD early I run the flat armor with scaling MR, then if I'm not scared of that matchup at all I run the scaling on both.
I also suggest that pro builds site mentioned elsewhere. At level 20 you unlock the ability to get the top tier set of runes, so go ahead and buy runes now. You can definitely get away with just running the pages Endless Sorcerer mentioned, the ones I talked about are more specialized top lane pages based on the matchup, where the ones he provided are solid all around pages, as I'm assuming you don't have more than two rune pages, so for now go with what he suggested as they'll be more useful for playing everything else.
As far as laning, it really depends on who you're playing against. I'm a big fan of early cheesing of Olaf with the Q resets, but I don't recommend that for you just yet, you should practice and get a little more used to the matchups first so you know when it's a good idea, and when it'll get you killed.
