Question to Riot, will we ever get fusion game modes?

What if we had like, an URF Nemesis Draft, or Hexakill Black Market Brawlers, or All For One Mirror Match Ascension. Would that be too hard to implement, or is this a feasible concept of a game mode combined with another game mode?
