Best Champion For 4800 IP (Or Less)?

I'm soon approaching 4800 IP and I'm not really sure who to get? I'm kinda looking for an all-around-type of champion or maybe just an assassin. I've heard SyndraSyndra is pretty good and AkalAkali i being decent. I've looked on internet and found FizzFizz and such, but with all the ongoing patches, I'm not really sure who's good rn. Please lmk if I should just save for 6300 IP and get someone like YasuoYasuo .

Currently using: Master YiMasterYi

please dont save up for Yasuo ; srry but i just hate everyone who plays yasuo. he's a champion that gets banned often in ranked so you wont be able to play him that much anyway.

Ahri is currently one of the bests champs in game. She's Really really powerful and very mobile. I suggest you try her out! she's basically making people CRY right now. I'm going to be listing a few other champions soon but honestly out of all of them i recommend ahri. She's incredibly fun and you can literally rip people's hearts out with her. It's crazy. she's a 10/10 champion, not too hard and very very fun. She's also the all-round champ you're looking for from what you're saying. She's a mobile mage-assassin.

you may also want to try to play Diana - you'll have trouble getting started with her but in a week or two, (depending on how quick of a learner you are), you'll get used to her and completely murder people leaving them thinking (where tf is the counter play to this champion??). She's basically a stronger version of akali. Less Mobile, Yes, But she's a bit tankier and does way more burst. I highly recommend diana.

Cassiopeia Orianna are more on the "hard but strong" mid laners atm. Learn to play with them and you can murder. i dont suggest them if you're sorta new though.

Taliyah takes some time to learn too but honestly she's so fun at the moment

Lissandra is pretty much in the center between "not too hard, but really good" - and riot are looking to buff her soon! basically, you dominate laning phase and can escape ganks quickly, and team fights ur basically a game changer. she's really really fun and I really recommend her

Syndra got nerfed. she's still good but it's not as rewarding anymore because she's so damn hard to play.

i really recommend you leave Master Yi. It may feel like you're getting free kills with him rn but honestly he's just such an underpowered champion when it comes to early ganks, and early ganks are almost essential in junglers right now

these are all mid laners. if you wanted a good easy jungler i'd recommend Amumu - for adc, i mean im level 30 and im still trash at adc. its just a really hard role and it'd take you years to even be considered good. mid laners are just so much more stronger and fun atm

depends what you're looking for, what role do you have in mind?

Since IP takes awhile to build up, I would recommend just playing the free rotation champs and keep track of ones you like and buy those.

It looks like you enjoy champs with a bit of burst and (besides syndra) some decent mobility, so lemme suggest Talon. He is a ton of fun, can utterly explode squishies and has great roam potential plus hes pretty easy to farm with, and w/ his E and R he has decent ability to escape from ganks/bad situations.

If you want to spend your IP wisely, buy rune and rune pages. I have 10 rune pages so far and 80% of the most commonly used runes.

The best all-around champ would be Orianna

If you are only level 9, i would recommend something easy to play, maybe try out Garen(450IP) or Darius(4800IP), and also, champions are not stronger because they cost more. Annie could also work well if you want something ranged.
