Surrender voting start while whole team is in game

So i was playing as a a support (my decision is a long story, so whatsoever). And i was sitting in the center of bot lane, waiting for opportunity to get FB . And i as soon as this opportunity appeared, someone of my team started voting by the time i was right about to kill enemy lux. So question is - what is the actual hell is it? I was not AFK, was not trolling, but nevertheless i got loss and i got ban for 5 games. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

So my point is - RITO pls! It looks like major issue (especially for poor teemo's). And is there any option for me if not to get my LP back, at least get rid of low priority Q ?
