What is the point of having "Estimated Queue Time"?

It is literally meaningless, because you will have longer queue time than this 99% of the time.

So what is the point of having this Estimated Time in queue? It basically makes the player waiting in queue feel like queue time is even longer.

Rito pls either remove this crap or just fix queue time. 20 minute queue in silver is not acceptable. I used to be able to play at least 3 games in a day, now I get to play 1 or 2 less games because crazy queue time and dodges.
