No they're not. People think Mordekaiser is a tank now; and new Mordekaiser isn't going to be any different. Mordekaiser gets tanky the more damage he does. That's how he is now and how he's going to be in the rework. He's going to build damage, or be useless.

after having playing reworked mordekaiser his numbers are broken. think release rengar again. there is no reason to go full tank when you can kill everyone and everything so easily.
