Please reduce bounty.

It's so hard to solo-carry games nowadays because if you make 1 mistake, then you give up to 1k gold. That's a ton of gold. One game, I was 0/3/1 on Tryndamere and i had a 450 gold bounty... LOL WUT?! It just doesn't make sense. Sure it does allow for easier comebacks, but I feel that 1k gold too much to risk. Maybe reduce it to 125 gold for each kill and 1.5 gold for each cs.
