In-depth League beginner to advanced tutorials?

Is there any community interest in having access to a seasonally updated, tutorial series from beginner to advanced?

Beginner topics would include things not covered in riot's official "tutorials", but with more depth and details including extreme basics like optimal so settings configurations, keyboard settings, in-game movement, champion pathing, farming, gold income economics, et al.

Intermediate could have topics such as itemization, champion match ups, map rotations, jungle pathings, per-champion ability summaries and usage, et al

Advanced would be animation cancelling, off-meta playstyles, macro gameplay, item purchase backing optimization, continued champ matchup reviews, et al.

Is there anything out there currently that covers these types of wide ranges of game play as a no-nonsense video series? Or would development for such a series be a welcome addition to the community for both brand new players and existing player base from bronze to plat?
