Predator should not offer safety.

https://youtu.be/gbVWvPO4HOg Predator should be the "You will not outrun this gank" card. Not the "You will not peel me" card, and definitely not the "I cannot be punished for a bad gank" card.

I see two solutions for allowing Predator to remain the first thing, but not the second or third thing.

The simple way: Change from movement speed buff to out of combat movement speed buff so the ganker is committed once he reaches the gankee. Buff MS boost greatly to make it difficult to land a skillshot and zone the ganker off before he reaches attack range. I like this solution less because it makes hard counters to Predator.

The complicated way: Buff MS boost slightly to make landing skillshots on the ganker more difficult. Make non-targeted CC reduce its remaining duration by 3 seconds per cast (so slow zones aren't twice as effective as other CC). Reduce Predator total duration incrementally until it becomes possible (but still difficult) to peel a jungler with Predator on if you land a CC skillshot on that very fast boi.

I like this solution better because it rewards skillful peeling, punishes badly planned and badly executed ganks, and doesn't buff unskilled, unavoidable abilities.

If you think my solutions suck you're welcome to propose your own. Again the idea is to make the rune less safe, not worse at helping you reach the enemy.
