Are multi keystrokes set to 1 key allowed?

Example: making it so a button on my mouse so that with 1 click it shields player number 2 on my team

is this allowed?

i know they are frequently used in MMO's

I'm not sure.. i think riot would need to answer this. i would ASSUME it would be allowed.. seeing as you technically CAN already with the right hotkey setup. even without macro. but i dont know the correct button combination

its got somthing to do with the normal keybind+ shift number or something weird. i would have to open up settings in a game to figure it out

smart casting does this in a way. and i jut click on the portrait to shiled ult whom ever i want to , some how people for get this
