/Remake System

I was playing solo/duo Ranked and everyone loads in fine but Amumu. He never loads in or buys items. First blood was scored by our team at exactly 3:00 but he was AFK before that. I think shouldn't lose LP because someone was AFK. I waited 12 minutes to get into the game and another 15 minutes in game just to lose my LP. Either remake system needs to be reworked or find a new AFK rule.
