Left Hand support

Gentlemen,

The request for this support is not new. Every other MOBA out there has the ability to swap your movement and cast keys on the mouse. Why is LoL different? I have contacted support and their suggestions to adjust certain input keys through notebook do not work.

Is there any news about this type of support in the future, something internal to Leagues UI like a button that you simply tick to swap mouse inputs...
