About future seasons

Early game pen is gonna be down in most instances, which will decrease early game damage.

You can only take from two rune "trees", 4 from a main tree and 2 from a secondary one. Right now, EVERYONE that wants early game damage as a carry or damage pick gets some pen. In the future seasons, early game damage is probably gonna decrease a bit due to limitations on the amount of pre-game effects you can slap on yourself.
