NOCTURNE TRULY NEEDS A RE WORK REWORK! UNFAIR WITH NO ATTENTION IN THE DARKNESS Since 2012?!

I've been playing nocturne since I've started league of legends of 2012 and I really think that riot has gave this champion the least attention. He has a moderate early game and a Strong late game cap that he cant really do anything to change the game. Riot please look into this champion and re work him for all of us!
