Very recent ping issues

For some reason, i was playing the game 3 days ago, my first time back since playing it after the server move, and had a perfectly fine ping of 40ms, which is my normal. then i log in today, and get a ping of 180-2000ms, any where in that range. I live on the northern east coast of the USA, and never had any ping issues with the servers before. I will check again tomorrow and see if anything changes, but as for fixing this issue, I have tried all the support things listed on the support page for ping issues, I haven't changed my ISP, or my hardware in my PC at all. I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.
