What has happened to jhin

What was jhin? When he was first released, he was a low mobility adc who would do huge amounts of damage once he gets a few items and you could easily counter him with any hook or strong engage ability. He did damage, and he would easily take damage by anyone who would get close enough to him to attack him.

Now what is jhin? A hyperspeed adc who will fall of way too easily at late from any tank engage champion. They added him kite potential... no, wait.. they made him into a kite and he is nothing else. The best build on him is crit in a season where crit is not a thing and true damage reigns.

When the new Dark harvest came out I decided to test it. At early it was quite bad but at late it would do some damage to anyone who had less than 2k max hp. Those were easy kills but since even ap supports have more health than that it was not so great. So, now why not pick draven over jhin? Jhin used to be a counter to draven now it is the other way around.

Was he nerfed over time or was he buffed? What you guys think?
