Bring back the old turret shields

I remember back then turrets had shields and gave surrounding players shields

turrets now are complete joke and trash back in s5 we had so many come back games due to those turrets being our hope i don't see it as a bad thing to come back i know games back then took forever , but turrets now are TRASH games ending in 20 mins max and no comebacks
