Regarding Que: Solo, Duo and Beyond...

What is the method of Que v.s Que? I know I recently read that team's of 5 will fight teams of 5 more often than not (98%+). Is there anything that determines any other amount of players in a Que? If a group of 4 is in Que, is it just as likely they face a Que of 5 individuals? Or is it also set so that a Que of 4 friends, will more than likely be set to face another Que of 4 other friends? Also, anybody else notice how Match Founds are not being accepted as often? I swear since the update it is a normal occurrence that my Que's are not being accepted. Regularly, I'll end up going through 3 or more "Match Found's", before one finally get's accepted into banning phase. Then, 3 minutes into that Que, somebody dodges. As I type this, I've been currently trying to get into a ranked match for LITERALLY 18 minutes. My friend was 2 minutes into his match when I started trying to get into a ranked match. He's now almost 21 minutes into his game, and I've yet to get into a single match. I've had 3 dodges during the select champion/banning phase. And I've had probably 20 "Failed to Accept Que's." It's rather fucking annoying to be honest. Take the poll below please.
