Champ select trolls 3 games in a row

Okay, so why is it that I have to get punished and wait a total of 15 mins to play a fricken ranked game when I get 3 people who are pissed about being auto filled and don't want to support and I lose LP because of them going Vlad support and already been toxic in the champ select. It's not fair that these people won't get punished.

I've only recently started que dodging because I'm so tired of being in champ select and having a troll in my que and I'm trying to be positive and calm the situation down and encourage that we can win. Then I think you know what I can still carry this no biggie. Then we get into the game the troll has tilted 2 of our teammate's everyone on my team is 0/6 where here I am 7/0 in the lane trying to create pressure. The troll has decided to afk now and I end up losing a game. It's happened so often where the troll in champ select makes us lose the game.

It's not fair that we can't somehow like do a pregame report where you can look up the chat logs and based on what is said maybe somehow do some sort of a punishment to these people. Put them in a lower priority que or something. I'm so tired of losing because of them.

Note: not every loss is because of them. I know some of my losses in my games are because I just couldn't carry. But, I'm sure we all know there are plenty of games where a fricken troll is a sole reason as to why we lost and if we just had someone competent in their place our game could have been more enjoyable and possibly winable.
